The new business leader must manage and cultivate knowledge. New economy organizations demand that knowledge, both tacit and explicit, be shared throughout the organization. An executive’s critical task is getting the right information to the right people at the right time.

The rise of electronic commerce and the increasing speed of change demands that organizations respond almost immediately. Information technology becomes an integral part in transforming information into knowledge throughout the organization. To succeed in the knowledge economy, organization must improve their internal processes, customer relationships, and product development process. Knowledge becomes the key to success.

Knowledge management has never been more critical for organizations. Whether it be in creating new strategies, improving internal processes, bringing new products to market quickly, or seeking new ways to meet and satisfy customer demands, organizations have to continuously adapt and change their business model to improve their time to market.

In designing a knowledge-driven organization, executives face the following questions:

  • What type of knowledge do we need in the organization?
  • How do we disseminate that knowledge within the organization?
  • What type of knowledge infrastructure do I require?
  • How do I transform my organization into a knowledge-driven organization?
  • How can knowledge assist my organizations’ future success?
This powerful seminar guides you through the development, practice, application, and implementation of a knowledge management program in your organization.
