Learn to become a creative entrepreneurial manager of the future that thrives on change.

In the new economy, managers using conventional strategies are losing out to entrepreneurial competitors who move quickly on ideas others overlook and who confidently act while others hesitate.

The tools, training and conceptual frameworks that work for business-as-usual cannot, and do not work when the main challenge is to bury old business models and aggressively create new ones. To succeed, one needs to capture the thought processes and discipline that are second nature to successful entrepreneurs.

Building platforms for success is critical in today’s changing environment. This program will equip managers to effectively manage their work and relationships to be more productive in contemporary organizations. They will learn to manage cross-functional, cross-organizational relationships, develop social capital, and create and manage organizational strategic partners. They will learn how savvy manager transitions to a leadership role and how to create an environment where creativity is the norm.

Leaders today must build collaborative enterprises where colleagues regularly teach and learn from each other.

This program will examine the process through which innovative ideas are created and converted into successful products and new business within your organization.
