Leading Through Ideas allows you to answer these questions yourselves as you use an electronic tool to analyze four case studies based on actual situations. You then approach the ideas of your own to identify strategies to increase their impact.

This worshop is based on indepth interviews with senior executives and team leaders from Fortune 500 corporations. In these interviews, leaders were asked to describe ideas they had implemented and what caused them to be successful or unsuccessful.

Workshop activities include:

Brief presentations introducing each of the 12 factors of effective ideas
Demonstrations of the effective use of the electronic idea analyzer tool
Small group case analysis using the idea analyzer tool
Large group problem solving to strengthen the impact of the ideas
Analysis of ideas that have been effective or ineffective within your own organizations
Fine-tuning of ideas currently under development
Demonstration and practice using a technique for planning an effective idea.
