    Program Objective
    • The Consumer Credit Program develops the skills and knowledge to provide an overview of all aspects associated with credit assessment, structuring and managing loans, for either new relationships or with existing clients.
    • Participants analyse a series of case studies that follow through each of the four phases of the consumer credit decision process.
    • The program provides a business oriented approach to Consumer Credit. Participants learn the necessary skills and judgement to analyse, and if require, to approve a consumer loan. Of key importance is participants' ability to lend intuitively. Although designed to be used by financial institutions it can also be used as a "Credit Essential for Non Financial Credit Managers" program.
    • The Consumer Credit Program provides a systematics framework for assessing loan suitability, structuring a loan and developing a sound credit understanding upon which to establish and build a sound retail relationship.

    Cancellations are valid only in writing. Full refunds applicable if written notice is received at least 2 weeks before each program. A 25% cancellation fee will be levied for cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the program. No refunds after commencement of seminar. Substitutions are allowed.
