Celine Teh
Advanced Toastmaster and Certified Competent Leader, Toastmasters International, USA

Celine has a passion for training and has over 12 years experience in the training and development arena. Her foray into training was in response to the crying need for systematic and effective training within organizations. She has since found her niche and has successfully ventured into management & leadership training, presentation & communication skills training, team building & motivation training.

Certified by Dr Scott Parry of TRAINING HOUSE, USA as a “Catalytic Instructor” and licensed to conduct the Managerial Assessment of Proficiency (MAP) and the Managing to Excel series, she is currently the Managing Consultant of C-Excel Training. Her list of successful clients include Maybank Group, Gamuda Berhad, Pan Malaysian Pools, City Finance, Tupperware Malaysia, Bank Pembangunan dan Infrastruktur Malaysia, B Braun Medical Industries, Malaysia Mining Corporation, Sunway College, Bank Negara Malaysia among many others.

Prior to setting up her own training consultancy, Celine was the Training Manager of a commercial bank reporting directly to the CEO. She was responsible for the physical, administrative and operational design of the Training Centre and the documentation of the Training Policy, Procedures and Guidelines manuals. She has successfully initiated and coordinated various company-wide projects on Corporate Culture, Writing Standards Guidelines, Business Process Documentation and Deposit Mobilization.

Her professional experience include being the head of a general credit assessment unit, corporate trainer, curriculum designer and developer, training needs assessor, and project coordinator. She has also facilitated the outdoor team-building component in the “Global Team Building Management” program for an international consulting firm.

Celine led the banker’s team to victory and was adjudged Best Speaker in the 9th Inter-Professional Debate between MACPA (Malaysian Association of Certified Public Accountants) and IBBM (Institut Bank-Bank Malaysia). Celine is an Advanced Toastmaster and a Certified Competent Leader by Toastmasters International, USA and is the Area Governor for area C6 overseeing 4 Toastmaster clubs. She is the Charter Member and Immediate Past President of the IBBM Kuala Lumpur Toastmasters Club (1999/2000)

A dynamic trainer and a strong proponent of experiential and integrative learning, she believes that training must be relevant for the organization and fun for the learners in order to enhance training retention for workplace transfer and principles learnt.

Policy
Cancellations are valid only in writing. Full refunds applicable if written notice is received at least 2 weeks before each program. A 25% cancellation fee will be levied for cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the program. No refunds after commencement of seminar. Substitutions are allowed.
