The seed
of becoming a trainer was in the mind of Stanley
since 1981. He has done extensive research towards
the understanding of people throughout these
years. He has developed a Personal Leadership
Success Model which aims at helping Managers
and Executives to increase their Personal Leadership
Effectiveness. Experience and wisdom are his
most invaluable assets. His greatest satisfaction
as a trainer is the ability to mesmerize the
audience with his well-researched messages and
training methodology. Stanley is an active
member in the field of public speaking where
he prefers to term it as ‘Effective Communication’.
He is the past president of the Toastmasters
International Speecom Club, and has attained
the status of Competent Toastmaster (CTM) in
1990. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute
of Management (MIM) and a winner of MIM speakers
of the year award 1989. He is a much sought-after
speaker, particularly in areas of leadership,
motivation, sales psychology, self-confidence
and effective communication. He is the author
of the book, ‘Be Happy, Be Wealthy.’
Stanley
started his career in the accounting field.
He later ventured into sales profession and
has achieved remarkable success. He has worked
himself from office to office canvassing up
to the managerial level in a well-established
international conglomerate. He holds a Master
of Business Administration (MBA) degree from
the University of Action Learning (Colorado,
USA) and he is a Fellow member of the International
Management Centers Association (FIMCA), Buckingham,
United Kingdom.
Stanley
