Steve
Lesser is an industry and services
consultant with over 30 years
work experience. This includes
strategic consulting, development
and implementation of organisational
change, marketing, sales and credit
programs and project management
for multi-national and regional
companies worldwide.
As
InfoWorks
International’s Regional
Managing Director, he established
the partnership with his Chicago
based partners in 1991, following
a successful career in business
and industry. Steve manages the
full-time operations for the Asia
Pacific region. Major clients
include Bridgestone, McDonalds,
Maybank, Petronas, Countrywide
Bank, NEC, Citibank, Globe Telecom
Philippines, JPMorgan and
many others. He has been
actively consulting and training
in the South East Asian Region
(Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia
Hong Kong and Philippines) for
over eight years.
Client
implementations include state-of-the-art
development and implementation
of retail and commercial sales
and marketing programs for multi-national
and regional companies as well
as small business development
programs and sales leadership
strategies. In addition, he consults
with major companies in the integration
of systems and information technology
support in the areas of marketing,
sales, relationship selling, credit
and company training, utilising
traditional and alternative delivery
systems. Implementations include
the installation and use of just-in-time
electronic support tools for high
leverage competencies, utilising
Intranet & multimedia.
As
an Adjunct Professor at Charles
Sturt University in NSW, he teaches
in several market related programs
at both graduate (MBA) and undergraduate
level, specialising in marketing,
retailing, project and finance
disciplines. A frequent writer,
Steve has published many articles
relating to implementation of
strategies, project management,
financial markets, marketing and
sales. He has helped on
a book and training outcomes related
to the leading of organisations
through the management of ideas.
He has also provided advice, articles
and reviews for publishers in
Australia.
Steve
also speaks at local, regional
& international financial
and strategic conferences. Steve
believes that real success comes
from the development of long-term
strategic retail & commercial
business relationships. He is
also a Fellow and member of a
number of industry related bodies.
